A live group session on causal layered analysis: phones sort what people say about one workplace issue into litany, systemic causes, worldview and myth / metaphor while the big screen shows how the room split, then order stories from surface to depth, match interventions to the layer they change, and vote on a new metaphor that rebuilds the issue from the bottom up
